What you will do

• Execute acquisition program security activities throughout the program life cycle.
• Develop security practices and policies covering acquisition, physical, personnel, industrial, and documentation security.
• Prepare acquisition security sections of program documentation and review contractor deliverables for compliance.
• Develop Program Protection Plans, Security Risk Analyses, OPSEC Plans, Security CONOPS, vulnerability and countermeasure analyses, and RMF-related documentation.
• Maintain classified material, visitor, clearance, and access databases; support audits, inspections, inventories, storage, and distribution.
• Support SCIF and SAPF procedures, personnel eligibility reviews, security training, source selections, and designated security officer duties.

Requirements

• 20 years of relevant experience; or an associate degree with 14–15 years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree with 9–10 years; or a master's degree with 6–7 years.
• Experience with acquisition program security involving SAP, SCI, and collateral requirements.
• Experience with classified material inspections, inventories, logging, storage, transmittal, distribution, and secure-area protection.
• Familiarity with Executive Orders 13526, 13556, and 12968 and applicable DoD security manuals, including NISPOM, SAP security, SCI security, personnel security, information security, and CUI guidance.
• Secret clearance required.
• Must obtain and maintain the Level 1 SPeD Security Fundamentals Professional Certification within 14 months of hire.
