Solution Director: Cost Takeout & Tech Transformation (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based on the East Coast of the United States: New York/New Jersey, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida.

What you will do

• Lead executive-level client discussions on cost optimization, technology strategy, and business transformation.
• Diagnose cost drivers, technical debt, operational inefficiencies, and legacy constraints.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, value-tracking mechanisms, and quantified financial benefits.
• Lead modernization initiatives involving application rationalization, infrastructure optimization, cloud transformation, automation, AI, and platform consolidation.
• Shape new business opportunities, RFP responses, transformation proposals, investment cases, and commercial discussions.
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and provide executive governance across large-scale transformation programs.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in consulting, technology transformation, enterprise architecture, or operational transformation.
• Proven experience leading large-scale cost optimization and modernization programs.
• Experience developing executive-level business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of cloud, automation, AI, application modernization, and technology operating models.
• Experience working with C-suite stakeholders and large enterprise organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capability.
