Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Richmond, Virginia, United States; must be flexible to work any shift.

Salary: $68,600–$109,760 annually.

What you will do

• Lead a team within a production unit or line and coordinate production processes.
• Ensure production schedules and plans meet demand, inventory, quality, and planning targets.
• Recommend equipment and facility improvements and oversee actions that improve production performance.
• Coordinate the resolution of critical product and equipment issues with internal teams.
• Prepare the annual production budget, monitor progress, and manage operations within approved resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, plus at least 4 years of manufacturing or production experience; or an equivalent combination of associate degree and 6 years of experience, or high school diploma/GED and 8 years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work any shift.
• Must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States.
