Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; onsite. Second shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM.

What you will do

• Supervise production employees, including performance management, time and attendance, payroll time submission, mentoring, motivation, and recognition.
• Lead daily production activities within the assigned value stream and deliver current production commitments.
• Plan and lead daily performance operations using plant MDI boards.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying lean methods, eliminating waste, and involving employees in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Build effective working relationships with employees, management, and internal and external business partners.
• Maintain a clean and safe plant environment and support safety programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems.
• Understanding of SQDCC and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Ability to work the second shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and move throughout the plant to support work teams and communication.
