What you will do

• Manage operations across production, engineering, quality, continuous improvement, industrial engineering and industrial management, and planning functions.
• Implement local division and global product line manufacturing strategies within the area of responsibility.
• Monitor operational targets and define improvement actions to support cash flow, on-time delivery, project cost, and cost-reduction objectives.
• Implement localization plans and improve manufacturing technology and workforce competence.
• Execute quality strategies and drive continuous improvement through target setting, monitoring, and benchmarking.
• Develop strategies that improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in operations or a related area.
• Knowledge of operational excellence and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across functions and departments.
• Strong leadership, people development, conflict-resolution, and results-oriented capabilities.
