Production Supervisor

What you will do

• Lead daily production operations and execute schedules in coordination with PMC plans.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve production and customer delivery targets.
• Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, visual management, standardized work, and process optimization.
• Control manufacturing quality, coordinate defect resolution and corrective actions, and reduce scrap.
• Manage production personnel, including scheduling, training, coaching, attendance, and performance management.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, Warehousing, and EHS teams on process changes, NPI, pilot runs, rework, and urgent production needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing production management experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, lean manufacturing, 5S, quality management systems, and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience managing production lines, teams, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and production data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, EHS, and process safety management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, precision materials, semiconductor consumables, new energy, or highly automated production.
• Experience with automation-driven manufacturing environments.
