What you will do

• Develop and execute corporate communications and public relations strategies supporting enterprise growth and brand reputation.
• Lead media relations across professional, clinical, business, academic, consumer, and patient audiences.
• Draft and oversee speeches, talking points, op-eds, presentations, and thought leadership content for senior executives.
• Manage reputation, issues, crisis, regulatory, and sensitive communications in partnership with Legal, People Services, and Compliance.
• Create messaging for strategic partnerships, market expansion, and other enterprise initiatives.
• Lead communications agencies and vendors, oversee budgets and KPIs, and mentor a strategic communications team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or strategic communications, including director-level experience.
• Experience managing media relations and crisis communications for a large, multi-location organization.
• Experience advising C-suite executives on communications strategy, positioning, and messaging.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and business-strategy translation skills.
• Proficiency with media monitoring and communications analytics tools.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Arts or Sciences.
• Experience in healthcare, dental, multi-site services, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience supporting rapid corporate growth or organizational change.
