Senior PR & Communications Manager

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work and flex-time.

What you will do

• Lead and execute the U.S. communications strategy in alignment with global business objectives.
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, and industry influencers across business, technology, trade, national, and podcast media.
• Develop integrated campaigns covering media outreach, thought leadership, executive positioning, corporate announcements, and brand awareness.
• Prepare executives for media interviews, speaking engagements, and external appearances.
• Manage communications initiatives with technology and AI partners such as Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot, including joint campaigns, events, and content.
• Lead crisis communications, track performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, brand communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. media landscape and a proven record of securing earned media coverage.
• Established relationships with U.S. Tier 1 and Tier 2 business, technology, trade, and emerging media outlets.
• Experience developing and executing measurable communications strategies and campaigns, ideally in technology, DaaS, or SaaS.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Broadcast media, UK media contacts, or AI-enabled communications experience.
