Head of Regional Marketing (Biotech)

Location: Piscataway, New Jersey, United States; responsibility covers the US and Europe. Travel within the assigned region is required 25%.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of content and regional marketers.
• Develop and execute annual and regional marketing plans for the US and Europe.
• Translate global campaigns, product launches, and sales priorities into regional execution.
• Drive demand generation through trade shows, seminars, webinars, ABM programs, and strategic events.
• Build customer insights, value propositions, messaging, and consistent brand guidelines.
• Track KPIs, pipeline targets, and field marketing performance to optimize ROI in partnership with Sales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or demand generation, preferably in life sciences, biotech, or CDMO.
• Proven ability to develop value propositions based on customer and market understanding.
• Expertise in content and event strategy, networking, partnering ecosystems, and digital engagement platforms.
• Experience in a global organization with regional responsibility.
• Leadership, stakeholder management, communication, organization, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred.
