Regional Marketing Manager - Bioprocess (NorthEast & Canada) Remote in US (Bioprocess)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel up to 40% within the US and Canada and internationally outside the US.

Annual salary: $100,000–$115,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Develop and execute regional demand-generation plans to grow qualified pipeline and achieve commercial objectives across the Northeast US and Canada.
• Partner with regional commercial teams to identify target accounts, define growth opportunities, plan quarterly activations, and align marketing investments.
• Lead customer engagement programs and events, including strategy, coordination, stakeholder alignment, execution, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, product management, and content marketing on integrated campaigns and product positioning.
• Measure and optimize marketing performance through lead management, funnel analysis, market intelligence, CRM utilization, and hirify.global Business System tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant life sciences field.
• At least five years of marketing experience.
• Experience managing content, campaign, or event marketing projects and understanding the marketing funnel through the sales process.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and project management skills in a matrixed environment.
• Must work remotely from within the United States and be able to travel up to 40%.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lb.
