Project Inspector / QA / Installation Supervisor

Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States; full-time onsite work required. The role may continue in other US cities after completion of the local project and may require evenings, overnight third shifts, and weekends.

Salary: USD 90,000–130,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide direct onsite oversight and supervision of construction and installation activities.
• Review completed work and verify alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, third-party vendors, internal stakeholders, and site personnel through project completion.
• Monitor construction quality and confirm that contractors take the required corrective and quality-control actions.
• Prepare daily reports and provide project updates to the Construction Manager.
• Coach others, explain complex information, build consensus, and support timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience in project management, construction management, or a related profession.
• Onsite experience and previous managerial experience with the ability to motivate others.
• Strong reporting, organizational, analytical, and judgment skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and availability for flexible schedules, including overnight shifts and weekends.
