Construction Superintendent

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; onsite field operations

Estimated base salary: $95,000–$100,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate onsite construction from mobilization through home delivery.
• Manage up to 15 single-family homes simultaneously across different construction stages.
• Monitor workmanship, scopes of work, inspections, safety protocols, permits, and code compliance.
• Use project management software, maintain project records and daily logs, and track changes, schedules, and finances.
• Approve trade partner work and invoices based on quality and completeness.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on buyouts, budgets, trade performance, client walks, and occupancy permits.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of construction industry experience with direct field experience in homebuilding.
• Ability to independently read and interpret structural plans and blueprints.
• Working knowledge of local building codes, permits, and residential construction processes.
• Experience coordinating Project Managers and trade partners to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Strong Excel skills for schedules, budgets, and progress tracking.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Construction certification such as OSHA or LEAD.
