Relationship Banker (Fintech)

Location: Southampton, Pennsylvania, United States of America; onsite branch role with face-to-face customer interaction.

Salary: $22.61–$37.67 per hour.

What you will do

• Assess customer needs, profile sales opportunities, open accounts, and conduct proactive outbound calling.
• Identify financial needs and present appropriate banking products and services in partnership with internal teams.
• Onboard new customers and build relationships through regular email and phone outreach.
• Prepare for and conduct customer appointments, schedule follow-ups, and provide branch servicing support.
• Apply fraud prevention, KYC, CIP, audit, and operational risk controls.
• Support branch sales goals, customer flow, and regulatory requirements, including Federal SAFE Act registration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus either 2 years of retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience, or 1 year of proactive sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, customer service, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Financial services product knowledge and the ability to communicate tactfully with customers and internal partners.
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology and common communication tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods, use hands and fingers for extended periods, lift 5–30 pounds, read fine print, and work face-to-face with customers.

Nice to have

• Associate degree.
• Notary public license.
• Bilingual ability based on branch needs.
