TL;DR
Business Analyst (QA & Testing) (Business Analysis/Functional Testing): Gathering and documenting business requirements while preparing test cases and executing functional testing for business applications with an accent on stakeholder coordination, requirements sessions, and defect tracking. Location: Hybrid work from Troy, Michigan, United States

What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Analyze processes and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate JAD and requirements sessions.
- Prepare test cases and execute functional testing.
- Track and document defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while maintaining business and functional documentation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Business Analysis experience covering requirements gathering, documentation, process analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience with test case preparation, functional testing, defect tracking, and UAT/SIT support.
- Experience facilitating JAD and requirements sessions with business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from Troy, Michigan.
- Ability to learn new systems and business processes quickly; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
