System Tester & Trainer

Location: Detroit, MI; hybrid/onsite attendance required Tuesday through Thursday

What you will do

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and updated enterprise systems.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing across enterprise applications.
• Log and track defects, collaborate with development teams, and validate configurations, data integrity, and end-to-end workflows.
• Support system patching, upgrades, release validation, and audit-ready test documentation.
• Assess training needs and create instructor-led, e-learning, job aid, quick-reference, and user-manual materials.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training while providing post-training support and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of software or systems testing experience in QA or UAT.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and delivering end-user or technical training programs.
• Experience writing test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM.
• Ability to work in Detroit, MI in a hybrid/onsite schedule Tuesday through Thursday.
