What you will do

• Research regulatory changes and analyze their impact on company operations.
• Manage state and federal pesticide product registrations and private-label registration data.
• Collect and submit Tier II Chemical Inventory Reports and Hazardous Materials Business Plans.
• Maintain Safety Data Sheet inventories and chemical descriptions for Department of Transportation shipping documentation.
• Collect, analyze, and report ESG data from facilities worldwide, including year-over-year comparisons.
• Support quality audits, environmental contracts, sustainability projects, vendor compliance initiatives, and governmental inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of related government compliance experience, including FDA, EPA, or DOT work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tier II and CUPA Hazardous Materials Business Plan submissions.
