Electrician & Instrumentation, Terminal Operations (REEF)

Location: Full-time onsite in Prince Rupert, BC, Canada. Monday to Thursday schedule with four 10-hour workdays per week.

Salary: CAD 135,000–146,000 per year, based on experience, education, and skills.

What you will do

• Complete and document preventive and corrective maintenance at the REEF facility.
• Troubleshoot, test, maintain, and repair power distribution systems, transformers, rectifiers, switchgear, motor control centers, motors, VFDs, UPS systems, generators, lighting, and logic control devices.
• Install instrument tubing and maintain field devices, valves, actuators, meters, analyzers, and instrument systems.
• Work with automation specialists to troubleshoot and repair control systems.
• Calibrate ultrasonic, restriction orifice, and Coriolis flow meters and maintain Rosemount pressure, level, and temperature devices.
• Manage maintenance documentation, planning support, critical parts inventory, and workspace organization.

Requirements

• Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in industrial maintenance.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices, with experience in 5kV switchgear, VFDs, motors, and electrical schematics.
• Proficiency with Maximo and Microsoft Office applications.
• CSA Z462 Electrical Safety Training is an asset; dual-ticketed E&I certification is preferred.
