What you will do

• Lead business development efforts to identify and win approximately $2M in new business annually.
• Provide senior advisory and project management services to public and private sector infrastructure clients.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team providing technical, commercial, and contractual cost consulting.
• Collaborate with internal business units for cross-selling and up-selling services.
• Manage team performance, hiring, and professional development.
• Act as a thought leader at industry events and implement local market growth plans.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in rail and transit infrastructure.
• Degree or diploma in Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Senior-level expertise in building cost planning, monitoring, and project management.
• Established senior-level contacts within public and private sectors.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and quantity take-offs.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and construction cost estimating tools.
