What you will do

• Plan, execute, and analyze in vitro cell-based assays for small-molecule and degrader-antibody-conjugate discovery programs.
• Conduct mechanistic studies and support new target identification in cancer oncology.
• Perform routine and specialized culture of cancer cell lines and primary cells using strong aseptic technique.
• Troubleshoot experimental issues and introduce techniques that improve drug discovery efficiency.
• Analyze drug potency and activity data, maintain accurate electronic laboratory records, and present results to cross-functional project teams.
• Contribute to experimental design, project strategy, and progression of lead candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant industry experience, Master’s degree with 4+ years, or Ph.D. with 0–2 years of industry experience in cell biology, cancer biology, molecular biology, or a related field.
• Strong background in cancer cell biology and extensive hands-on experience with cell culture.
• Proficiency with low- to medium-throughput cell-based assays, including HTRF, AlphaLISA/ELISA, CellTiter-Glo, RT-qPCR, flow cytometry, and Western blotting/JESS.
• Ability to design and execute hypothesis-testing experiments independently, maintain data integrity, and support reproducible research.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple studies and deliver results against project timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with gene editing, including CRISPR and RNA interference.
• Experience with targeted protein degradation, including PROTACs, degrader-antibody conjugates, or molecular glue degraders.
• Prior industry drug discovery experience.
