Relationship Manager I - Business Banking

Location: CO - Thornton (80233), Denver area; in-office role

Base salary: $82,500.00–$137,500.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage new and existing business-banking client relationships in the $2MM–$10MM segment.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to grow revenue, sales, and market share.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Identify and mitigate credit, regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
• Provide financial insights and customized solutions to increase client engagement and loyalty.
• Build internal, community, and industry relationships while identifying and converting sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of credit processes, credit products, financial analysis, and risk management.
• Ability to build client relationships, prospect, sell, communicate effectively, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to work in the Thornton, Colorado office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
