Relationship Banker Sr (Banking)

Location: In office at 100 Oceangate, Long Beach, California, US 90802

Salary: $25.93–$41.43 per hour, plus eligibility for bonuses and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Contribute to branch sales efforts and maintain high standards of client service.
• Manage client relationships, resolve inquiries, support retention, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop new business through referrals, proactive calling, community involvement, and professional partnerships.
• Support branch transactions, new account opening, account maintenance, service requests, and operational integrity.
• Build and manage a portfolio focused on Business and Professional and Preferred Banking segments.
• Follow bank policies, credit and operational procedures, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of direct sales experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a banking environment.
• At least 3 years of basic computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be in good standing under the Safe Act and registered/licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, or eligible for registration.
• Knowledge of banking operations, products, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
