Relationship Banker Business Specialist (Banking)

Location: In-office in Silver Spring, Maryland (MD 20906), United States

Base salary: $63,000–$105,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and expand consumer and business banking relationships with sales revenue under $2MM.
• Generate leads, conduct appointments inside and outside the branch, and create quality referrals.
• Collaborate with branch teams and ecosystem partners across wealth management, private banking, business banking, and mortgage services.
• Deliver tailored solutions covering deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
• Educate clients on financial transaction options, resolve problems, and build customer loyalty.
• Manage risk and complete branch operations accurately while following all policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Knowledge of banking products, business acumen, customer experience management, prospecting, selling, and understanding customer needs.
• Strong communication, customer service, prioritization, digital awareness, and opportunity-identification skills.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Must work in the hirify.global office in Silver Spring, Maryland; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
