Director, Integrated Supply Chain Planning & Execution

Location: Hybrid role based in Bend, Oregon; El Paso, Texas; Marlborough, Massachusetts; Boston, Massachusetts; or New York, New York. In-office collaboration is expected Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work available Monday and Friday. Candidates must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annual base pay in Massachusetts and New York, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead supply chain integration, operational excellence initiatives, and cross-functional process improvements from identification through sustainment.
• Govern and continuously improve the monthly Integrated Business Planning process across finance, demand planning, supply planning, sales, marketing, product, operations, and shared services.
• Establish and manage Sales & Operations Execution processes to address near-term demand, supply, inventory, service, and continuity risks.
• Provide leadership oversight for inventory management, working capital, excess and obsolete inventory, retailer returns, and liquidation programs.
• Oversee production planning, open order management, Custom Work Order Management, value-added services, supplier execution, and supply constraints.
• Lead direct and indirect resources through coaching, talent development, performance management, and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations management, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience managing Integrated Business Planning and/or S&OP processes.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification.
• Experience with inventory management, working capital optimization, supply planning, production planning, and supplier order execution.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 30–40% and authorization to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Consumer-goods experience.
• PMP, ACP, CSM, or equivalent project or program management certification.
