Senior Business Banker

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA; the role covers the Northern Colorado Springs and Monument market and requires regular business visits, community involvement, and local networking.

Salary: $97,500–$107,785 per year, plus monthly incentives. On-target earnings incentives: $12,000 annually. Car allowance: $6,240 annually.

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of business banking relationships.
• Acquire new business members through outbound calling, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Assess business needs and recommend deposit, cash management, treasury management, and other banking solutions.
• Build relationships with business owners, decisionmakers, referral partners, and community organizations.
• Maintain prospect pipelines, relationship plans, CRM records, and portfolio performance reviews.
• Collaborate with lending, treasury management, wealth management, retail, and service center teams while meeting production and deposit growth goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience required.
• 3+ years in a business-to-business role at a financial institution with an outbound sales focus preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Strong relationship management, advisory, acquisition, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial services, business economics, commercial and small businesses, and credit union regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle required.
