Relationship Manager II - Business Banking

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; in-office position

Base salary: $100,100–$185,900 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage new and existing business banking client relationships in the $2MM–$10MM segment.
• Grow sales, revenue, market share, client engagement, and share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Build internal, community, and industry relationships to acquire and expand client accounts.
• Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of business banking, credit processes, credit products, financial analysis, and client relationship management.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities, make decisions, communicate effectively, and manage customer relationships.
• Ability to work in the Colorado Springs office environment.
