Maintenance Supervisor (BESS)

Location: Glendale Junction, Kentucky, United States; on-site with rotating shifts, nights, and weekends

Salary: $86,600–$144,900 per year; salary grade 7

hirify.global Energy is a newly formed hirify.global subsidiary that designs, manufactures, and services grid-scale and commercial battery energy storage systems.

What you will do

• Lead maintenance and manufacturing employees to achieve safety, quality, and production targets.
• Enforce workplace safety standards and build a culture of vigilance and accountability.
• Prioritize work, allocate resources, and resolve safety, quality, and operational issues decisively.
• Use data to reduce downtime, defects, and inefficiencies while improving productivity and process quality.
• Develop high-performing teams through servant leadership, coaching, communication, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with employees, management, suppliers, and other stakeholders on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or related experience.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodology.
• Military Decision-Making Process experience.
