Salary: $68,000–$93,500 per year

What you will do

• Supervise employees across assembly, inspection, testing, final testing, and related production operations.
• Prioritize production schedules based on staffing, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Track operational metrics, conduct milestone meetings, and improve cycle time and team performance.
• Resolve operations issues affecting customer satisfaction and coordinate with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Plan production capacity, monitor manufacturing data, and optimize department processes.
• Drive Lean, safety, quality, corrective-action, training, and employee development initiatives.

Requirements

• Understanding of procedures and concepts within operations and related job families.
• Formal supervisory experience, including setting priorities and coaching employees to meet daily deadlines.
• Ability to resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems using sound judgment.
• Ability to manage performance, employee development, hiring, rewards, and disciplinary processes.
• Ability to work in Austin, TX; relocation is not available.
• Ability to comply with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct and safety requirements.
