Supervisor - Printing Manufacturing (12 Hr Rotating Shift Including Weekends 7p-7a)

Location: Streetsboro, Ohio, United States; on-site 12-hour rotating night shift, including weekends, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Salary: USD 68,500–106,900 per year

What you will do

• Supervise employees in kitting, fulfillment, and pick-pack departments.
• Coordinate operations across shifts, departments, customer service, scheduling, manufacturing teams, vendors, and other locations.
• Plan and adjust department workflow to support timely production and shipment of customer products.
• Establish and monitor safety, quality, continuous improvement, and KPI goals.
• Manage hiring recommendations, employee development, training, documentation, and positive employee relations.
• Track department expenditures and labor costs, prepare management reports, and troubleshoot operational issues.

Requirements

• Broad technical knowledge of commercial printing and/or fulfillment.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a comprehensive multi-shift department in a manufacturing environment; printing or fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, direct work activities, communicate effectively, and drive results.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, ISO procedures, SOPs, continuous improvement, equipment, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Windows applications, Microsoft Office products, and database systems; ability to learn and use new systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
