Logistics Associate

Location: On-site in Northvale, New Jersey, United States; locations also listed in Closter, Westwood, and Hillsdale, New Jersey.

Salary: $38,000–$52,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Support daily shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse coordination, and inventory audits.
• Assemble and pack kits, printed materials, and other supplies for shipment.
• Track shipments, update internal systems, and maintain accurate logistics records.
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, suppliers, Procurement, Customer Service, and Sales to resolve delays and meet delivery timelines.
• Identify and implement improvements while following company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong organization, time management, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software such as ERP or WMS systems.
• Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk throughout the workday, and work around variable noise, temperatures, weather, loading areas, and stairs.
