Talent Senior Manager (Global Businesses & Functions)

What you will do

• Lead the talent agenda for an assigned global business unit or function in partnership with functional leaders and the HR Business Partner.
• Guide workforce planning, monitor retention risks and capability gaps, and align talent priorities with global standards.
• Lead functional talent initiatives and global projects, managing scope, timelines, outcomes, and decision-ready leadership materials.
• Generate talent insights with Talent Insights and Compensation teams to support evidence-based decisions.
• Lead Career Development Committees up to Director level and strengthen promotion calibration, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Oversee compensation cycles and translate trends such as promotion rates, succession risks, and engagement data into targeted actions.

Requirements

• Experience in talent management within a complex, global, matrixed organization.
• Experience advising leaders on career development and performance management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use metrics and data insights, including Workday data, to inform decisions.
• Experience leading talent discussions, coaching leaders, facilitating talent forums, and managing sensitive conversations.
• Ability to lead talent initiatives, drive change, and create clear decision-ready materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and Workday.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
