Senior Director Employee Experience Delivery

Location: IL - Chicago

Base pay: $146,700–$272,400 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Lead five journey teams and a team of HR Liaisons.
• Create collaboration across employee journeys, HR Liaisons, and other HR functions.
• Deliver engaging, inclusive, and tailored employee experiences for business leaders.
• Lead, inspire, coach, and develop Journey Owners, HR Liaisons, and broader teams.
• Support people programs, employee services, and HR business integration during M&A activity.
• Oversee budgets, allocate resources, and develop business cases supported by cost-benefit analysis and ROI evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Experience supporting M&A or business integration in HR.
• Experience delivering people programs or employee services.
• Experience redesigning processes and driving continuous improvement.
• Strategic decision-making, executive communication, organizational leadership, stakeholder management, and service orientation.
