Recruitment Operations & Sourcing Specialist

Location: Remote from Bulgaria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Croatia, or Slovakia

What you will do

• Create, publish, maintain, refresh, and close job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, BrightMove, Pioneers, and other relevant channels.
• Post roles for clients and partners using platform extensions and email requests while following channel-specific guidelines.
• Capture and manage applicant data, download CVs, and organize candidate records in the database.
• Clean and de-duplicate applicant data to maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, Indeed, HireEZ, and other channels.
• Build talent pipelines, conduct initial outreach, and track candidate engagement for recurring and high-priority openings.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment operations, sourcing, talent acquisition support, or a similar high-volume coordination role.
• Hands-on familiarity with job boards and ATS platforms, especially LinkedIn, Indeed, and BrightMove.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify and engage qualified candidates independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to follow structured, platform-specific guidelines and process documentation.
• Reliable internet connection and availability to work full-time hours consistently.

Nice to have

• Experience working with MSPs or staffing agencies.
• Familiarity with applicant scraping tools and browser extensions.
• Experience supporting US-based or international clients across time zones.
