What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic pipelines for specialized engineering and architectural positions.
• Conduct competitor mapping and talent intelligence to support workforce planning.
• Identify, engage, and nurture passive engineering candidates through targeted outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine requirements and calibrate technical profiles.
• Manage candidate pipelines and engagement using Avature and LinkedIn CRM.
• Analyze talent availability and geographic trends to inform hiring decisions.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in A/E, EPC, or industrial environments.
• Proven sourcing experience in the electronics and semiconductor sector.
• Advanced market-mapping and passive-candidate engagement skills.
• Proficiency with CRM or ATS platforms; Avature experience is a significant plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to advise hiring leaders using data and market insights.
• Experience supporting major A/E or EPC firms is preferred, particularly in semiconductor facility design and mission-critical infrastructure.
