Requirements

• 4–8 years of sourcing or recruiting experience within A/E, EPC, or Industrial environments.
• Proven background sourcing for the Electronics & Semiconductor sector.
• Advanced ability to map markets and engage passive engineering talent.
• Proficiency in CRM/ATS platforms; Avature experience is a significant plus.
• Strong ability to advise hiring leaders using data and market insights.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in the United States.
