Salary: $134,800–$179,700 per year

What you will do

• Define top-of-funnel sourcing strategies and target profiles with recruiters and hiring leaders.
• Build talent landscapes across the AI infrastructure ecosystem by company, skill set, geography, and organizational structure.
• Use advanced Boolean search, sourcing platforms, conferences, and research tools to identify and engage executive technical talent.
• Develop long-term relationships with passive executive candidates and build talent pools for future hiring and succession planning.
• Design and improve AI-powered sourcing workflows, research agents, and practical automations.
• Coach recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategy, market intelligence, candidate engagement, and recruiting technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of sourcing or recruiting and sourcing experience in technology companies, focused on leadership, executive talent, or executive technologists.
• Experience with market mapping, competitive intelligence, and executive candidate generation from Senior Director through C-suite level.
• Advanced Boolean search expertise and experience using specialized executive sourcing tools such as PitchBook, Crunchbase, or conference research.
• Hands-on experience building or using AI-powered sourcing workflows, agentic AI tools, workflow automations, or AI development environments and coding assistants.
• Strong communication, storytelling, judgment, curiosity, and ability to influence executive stakeholders with data.

Nice to have

• Experience in both internal executive search and an executive search firm.
• Executive recruiting experience in AI infrastructure or the HDD/storage media sector.
• Research or Talent Intelligence experience.
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience.
