Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Location: On-site in the Sacramento or Detroit offices, United States

Salary: $28.00–$32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Partner with recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand open roles and target candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, recruiting platforms, networks, and research.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for corporate and operations portfolios.
• Conduct personalized outreach and represent the employer brand throughout candidate communications.
• Track candidate activity in the ATS, coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and follow up with candidates.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles and provide pipeline health updates.

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience preferred.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
• Excellent research, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, candidates, requisitions, and scheduling priorities.
• Independent, persistent, detail-oriented approach with strong follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant recruiting or sourcing experience may substitute for formal education.
