Technical Sourcer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid with in-office work

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Source and engage exceptional talent across Engineering and other technical roles.
• Build creative sourcing strategies for competitive and hard-to-fill searches.
• Research companies, teams, and talent markets to identify qualified candidates.
• Write personalized outreach and build relationships with candidates from the first interaction.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate on talent and improve searches.
• Experiment with AI and new tools to make sourcing faster, smarter, and more effective.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in sourcing, agency recruiting, recruiting coordination, sales, or another high-velocity environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence reaching out to and building relationships with new people.
• Curiosity about how companies, teams, and technologies work.
• Resourcefulness, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with high expectations.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing or recruiting technical talent.
• Experience at a recruiting agency or executive search firm.
• A track record of exceeding goals or taking on responsibility quickly.
• Genuine interest in AI, startups, and technology.
