Operations Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Hybrid, with several days per week at the Tukwila, Washington headquarters; US person eligibility required

Salary: $100,000–$175,000 per year, plus 0.01%–0.05% equity

What you will do

• Own and execute critical business initiatives across hiring and onboarding.
• Lead cross-functional special projects for a rapidly scaling organization.
• Solve complex business and operational problems from first principles.
• Help shape the operational foundation of a space technology startup.
• Support operations connected to satellite servicing missions for commercial and government customers.

Requirements

• Must be a US person: a US citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required US government authorizations.
• Must be willing to work from the Tukwila, Washington headquarters several days per week.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where responsibilities may change regularly.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and integrity.
