Associate Project Management Analyst (Defense)

Location: Onsite in St. Inigoes, Maryland; candidates must live within a commutable 50-mile distance

Salary: $74,400–$108,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Perform full life cycle project management from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and delivery.
• Coordinate project processes and requirements with Government Project Leads, Government clients, and project team members.
• Support Integrated Project Team activities, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate project status meetings and produce detailed reports for project teams and management.
• Tailor project management tools to specific reporting requirements and monitor project execution.
• Examine project requirements, solve complex problems, and rebalance requirements throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with less than 3 years of relevant experience; or an associate degree plus 4 additional years of relevant experience; or 6 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience or demonstrated ability to support project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
• Ability to work effectively with Government Project Leads, Government clients, and project teams.
• Ability to manage requirements from initial definition through delivery and support Integrated Project Team activities.
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, project coordination, and project management tool customization skills.
