What you will do

• Concept, design, prototype, and test electrical systems for robotic automation products.
• Develop and maintain PCB, electrical, and component designs through production launch.
• Design systems using DC, analog, single-phase, and three-phase circuits, including 220–480 V industrial hardware.
• Integrate conveyors, robot arms, sensors, barcode scanners, VFD drives, and safety controllers.
• Support deployed systems through hands-on troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, sensor, and controls issues.
• Manage root-cause analysis, design updates, rollouts, and service bulletins.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field such as Mechatronics, Computer, Mechanical, Robotics Engineering, or Physics.
• At least five years of related experience in material handling, process automation, piece-part automation, semiconductor, or similar industries.
• Significant experience designing automation systems and bringing them into production.
• Experience with PCB design and deployment, preferably using Altium.
• Experience with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks or a comparable 3D CAD tool, and motor architectures from 50 W to 3 kW.
• Knowledge of functional safety devices, Safety Performance Levels, motors, and industrial sensing solutions.
