What you will do

• Lead medium- to large-scale software programs spanning multiple quarters and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Own the software delivery lifecycle from planning and prioritization through execution and release.
• Coordinate software-hardware integration with hardware, systems, and electron optics engineers.
• Translate customer needs into actionable software deliverables and adapt delivery plans.
• Drive system-level solutions spanning embedded software, hardware, and physics.
• Build collaboration across engineering, applications, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of software or embedded systems development experience and 3+ years of technical project or program management experience.
• Experience managing complex, multi-quarter software projects for physical products such as semiconductor tools, medical devices, or robotics.
• Strong planning, prioritization, execution, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Systems mindset and ability to work with physicists, hardware engineers, and customer-facing teams.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid development methodologies.
