Senior Engineering Manager for Growth (JavaScript/TypeScript)

Location: US Remote; compensation range specified for US-based candidates

Salary: $190,000–$240,000 per year for US-based candidates; equity may be included.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams responsible for growth initiatives.
• Own the architecture, reliability, scalability, and developer experience of GoFlow, the server-driven flow engine powering the patient journey.
• Drive acquisition, conversion, retention, performance, experimentation, personalization, eligibility, checkout orchestration, and cross-functional migrations.
• Partner with product, design, analytics, marketing, and telemedicine teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
• Manage multiple teams of individual contributors and managers, including project timelines, resources, budgets, and delivery quality.
• Improve agile development practices, platform performance, and engineering quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant software engineering and engineering leadership experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments.
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next, GraphQL, and Node.
• Strong full-stack development and web architecture background, including experience scaling high-traffic platforms.
• Proven experience building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, communication, business, and strategic skills.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks and project management practices.
