Energy Services Senior Project Manager

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States. Work onsite Monday through Thursday; choose the work location on Fridays based on project needs.

Annual base salary: $105,228.33–$168,700. Incentive eligible; not eligible for sales commission.

What you will do

• Manage project financials, implementation, execution, documentation, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead projects from development and preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage portfolios containing turnkey, multi-building, and complex construction projects.
• Validate scope, cost, schedules, contracts, and subcontract documents while identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Select and manage qualified subcontractors, including subcontract awards, progress communication, billing expectations, and safety coordination.
• Maintain project schedules with tasks, dependencies, and milestones, and support sales with scopes, schedules, budgets, and RFQ activities.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or construction project management, or a combination of a degree and more than seven years of experience.
• Experience with project scheduling or construction project management software such as Procore.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months.
• No major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions within the previous three years.
• Ability to work onsite in Denver Monday through Thursday.
