Supervisor, Client Delivery (Corporate Hospitality and Event Management)

Location: Remote - GMR. International travel and extended onsite execution periods of up to 90 days are required.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of complex global events, corporate hospitality programs, and executive engagements for HPE.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including contracts, hotel blocks, food and beverage, transportation, registration, gifting, uniforms, signage, and guest itineraries.
• Develop customer engagement recommendations and optimize the use of sponsorship and experiential assets.
• Maintain high-touch client communications and prepare strategic documents and executive-level presentations.
• Build project plans, timelines, KPIs, budgets, expenditure tracking, and final spend reconciliations.
• Coordinate creative, digital, procurement, finance, logistics, global operations, partner agencies, and other subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Extensive experience planning and executing domestic and international corporate hospitality programs.
• Proven experience in corporate hospitality, event management, sponsorship activation, and experiential marketing.
• Strong client management, communication, organization, judgment, adaptability, and executive presence.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, clients, competing priorities, and overlapping timelines with limited oversight.
• Ability to manage program budgets and deliver detailed project plans, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Full authorization and readiness to travel internationally for site inspections and extended onsite execution periods of up to 90 days.
