Implementation Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote in California, United States. For candidates in the San Jose area, the role is hybrid with 2–3 days per week onsite at the Morgan Hill office.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the main point of contact throughout customer implementation projects.
• Deliver customer service and support across the product suite.
• Train customers and guide the successful start of their product journey.
• Coordinate implementation deliverables with internal departments.
• Communicate customized solutions that help customers improve and grow their businesses.
• Build expertise in the product suite and automotive repair industry.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred, or experience and knowledge in the automotive industry.
• Clear, professional, friendly, and informative communication style.
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Creative problem-solving ability, self-direction, and motivation to succeed.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and tools; related education is preferred, and a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Nice to have

• Appreciation for cars or familiarity with the automotive industry.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.
