Client Delivery Specialist

Location: Auburndale, Massachusetts, USA; based in the office with in-person work three days a week or more and flexibility to work from home or remotely at other times.

Salary: $24–$26 per hour, based on experience.

What you will do

• Coordinate the receipt of online creative materials from agencies and advertisers and help ensure campaign deadlines are met.
• Support campaign delivery from contract inception through completion and manage post-sale changes.
• Build relationships with advertisers and respond to internal and external customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Communicate campaign status, performance, and execution details to Sales, Customer Success Management, and Product Operations teams.
• Set up automated reporting, manage manual client reporting deliveries, and provide order status and performance updates.
• Support revenue forecasting, proof-of-delivery collection, and month-end close activities.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and professional phone skills.
• Strong organizational skills, accurate data entry, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, phone calls, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think quickly, make decisions, work independently, and collaborate as a reliable team member.
• Computer application literacy and proven sales or client management abilities, preferably in advertising or agency markets.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Administrator.
