Crew Manager

Location: Hybrid, 1–2 days onsite in Minneapolis, Minnesota; Malvern or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; or St. Louis, Missouri

Salary: $62,000–$85,000 per year or the hourly equivalent

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day experience and consultant care for Associate-level Crew consultants and cohorts.
• Conduct regular meetings, provide feedback, resolve client issues, and connect consultants with additional resources.
• Manage annual and mid-year performance reviews, assess promotion readiness, and support retention and career progression.
• Partner with Client Engagement and Resource Management teams on consultant matching, placements, account strategy, and client feedback.
• Coordinate training needs and support New Associate Training, First Fridays, Lunch & Learns, and Crew events.
• Support recruiting, hiring processes, program best practices, and consistent consultant support across functional teams.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of project delivery experience preferred.
• 1–2+ years of demonstrated management or leadership experience.
• Strong networking, communication, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize changing needs, and learn systems and procedures quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the responsibilities preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 1–2 onsite days at one of the listed U.S. locations.
