VP of Supply (Logistics)

hirify.global operates a delivery network and provides logistics infrastructure connecting customers with delivery service providers.

What you will do

• Own operational excellence across the delivery lifecycle from pickup to drop-off, resolving provider-level operational, process, and technical friction.
• Set the long-term supply strategy, including network expansion, provider prioritization, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Build, lead, and develop the supply team as the network and business scale.
• Manage strategic provider relationships, commercial terms, service levels, performance reviews, and escalations.
• Identify geographic, capacity, and capability gaps; own supply budgets, prioritization, and key performance metrics.
• Partner with executive leadership and Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support, while using AI tools for performance analysis, supply monitoring, and reporting automation.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics operations, or partner/vendor management, ideally with delivery provider or carrier relationships.
• Demonstrated operational excellence across end-to-end delivery flows and experience improving provider-level performance.
• Experience building and leading teams, scaling functions, presenting to executives, and owning budgets.
• Strong commercial negotiation, partner accountability, cross-functional leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Comfort working with APIs and technical integrations, ambiguity, change, and building processes from scratch in a startup environment.
• Fluent daily use of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, with a willingness to adopt new AI tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience in last-mile delivery, courier, gig-economy, freight, dispatch, routing, or supply chain software.
• Experience building or scaling a supply/provider network from an early stage.
• Prior experience as a people leader or functional head at a high-growth startup.
