HR Business Partner (Financial Services)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work with on-site attendance in the Boston office 3 days per week

Salary: $180,000–$225,000 per year, plus potential discretionary incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and maintain partnering relationships with managers and employees.
• Coach, consult, and influence managers and employees on HR matters.
• Translate business plans into strategic and operational HR plans.
• Support talent management, performance evaluation, succession planning, and employee relations.
• Design, source, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning and professional development programs.
• Lead initiatives to implement technology solutions for managing HR information and support the firm’s HR strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR business partner role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, written, presentation, listening, and advisory skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with all levels of management across local and global teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and provide professional, service-oriented support.
• Understanding of regional market differences and the ability to apply appropriate HR solutions.
