Methods Agent (Aerospace)

Location: Fully remote, but must be located in the Chihuahua area, Mexico, with regular visits to Mexican supplier sites.

What you will do

• Manage supplier change-management activities through delivery of the first unit and maintain product development schedules.
• Manage supplier relationships and influence on-time delivery, quality, timing, and cost objectives.
• Travel to supplier sites to support and validate manufacturing methods for aircraft parts.
• Participate in cost-reduction initiatives and continuous-improvement projects, including Kaizen workshops and deep dives.
• Work with logistics planners to meet production requirements.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience manufacturing machined metal or sheet metal parts, or supporting production as a Methods Agent.
• Experience with CATIA V5, SolidWorks, Teamcenter, and SAP.
• Must be located in the Chihuahua area and available to travel regularly to Mexican suppliers.
• Spanish and English required.
• Strong project management, logistics, analytical, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Own car and a valid driver's licence required for supplier visits.

• Experience with outside processing.
• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Canadian or U.S. visa for travel.
