Clinical Applications Analyst (Level II OR Senior) - Epic Inpatient

Location: Remote within approved U.S. locations; California residents are excluded unless willing to relocate. On-site work at the Memphis campus is required for one week per quarter or as requested, with travel potentially required for interviews or orientation.

Salary: $86,320–$154,960 per year.

What you will do

• Support and optimize Epic inpatient clinical workflows, including system configuration, application maintenance, testing, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into technical and system requirements.
• Partner with clinical, operational, business, IT, and vendor stakeholders to deliver workflow and application solutions.
• Manage operational requests, escalations, change initiatives, communications, and project materials.
• Develop presentations, reports, business cases, proposals, and process documentation.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, training, and subject-matter expertise for Epic inpatient applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Level II: at least two years of experience in a client-facing IT role. Senior: at least four years of comparable client-facing IT experience.
• Experience with structured Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience leading discussions and documenting business requirements, process designs, reporting needs, user stories, or process flows.
• Senior candidates must demonstrate experience translating business requirements into technical or system requirements and collaborating with mid- to senior-level business leaders.
• Must work from an approved U.S. location; California residents are not eligible for remote work unless willing to relocate, and quarterly on-site work in Memphis is required.

• Additional Epic Clinical Application certifications.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or research environments.
• Master's degree.
